  • Coupling Check - Wear/Damage & Lubricate
  • Breakaway Cable & System check condition & battery health.
  • Tyres – visual inspection of condition & age.
  • Handbrake – check operation & adjustment.
  • Remove brake drums, clean, inspect & repack bearings and replace seals.
  • Brake Shoes – clean and inspect lining, check electric magnet operation or mechanical.
  • Adjust Brakes.
  • Replace road wheels, torque wheel nuts to manufacturer specifications.
  • Road lights & reflectors – check operation.
  • Exterior - General inspection
  • Interior - General inspection
